The following applies for reservations made through online platforms if stated, "No Prepayment Needed - pay at property:" Cancellation online is required 72 hours prior to the day of check in or first night is due non-refundable, 100% payment for full stay is required at time of check in and is then non-refundable. Non-Refundable and or Sale Offer: The total price of the reservation is charged on the day of booking. No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply. All sale and discount rates are non-refundable. 100% due at time of reservation. Check-in policy Check-in time: 15:00 Check-out time: 11:00 (if late check out desired please notify 24 hrs ahead and will be based on availability). If you do not vacate the room by noon day of check out without approval you will be automatically charged 30 euro. If you do not vacate by 15:00 day of check out you will be charged the full nightly rate automatically. Pet Cleaning Fee is 45 euro per every two days of stay - no exceptions. Pool hours are 09:00 to 21:00 - adults only. Part time lifeguard only - SWIM AT OWN RISK, Sunsea Corfu Wellness Resort not liable for ANY injury, illness, nor death occurring during fitness activities on Sunsea property or at beach. Participate at own risk. You will be charged upon check out for any damages, broken items, missing items such as hair dryers/kettles/etc. Please do not leave the key in the lock on the inside of the room as we can not use spare key to enter. If you do you will be charged 50 euro for damage done to door to open. The lost key charge for safe/door key will be 50 euro. 20 euro fee charged for sand in room shower. For any items left behind please contact ACS in Acharavi online to set up pick up and payment. Kindly let us know after and we will make item available for pick up. Sunsea is not responsible for shipping in any capacity. All guests must be over age of 16 years.
